Dynamic Ratings (Pty) Ltd is an Australian company specialising in the design, development and manufacture of transformer management systems. It is part of the Wilson Transformer group of companies, which manufactures and services distribution and power transformers in 3 countries.

Dynamic Ratings grew out of Wilson Transformer Co (WTC)'s development of a PLC-based transformer management system in the early 1990's. WTC realized the limitations of PLC’s for this application and decided to develop more robust hardware especially for use in power stations and electricity supply sub-stations.

With the benefit of WTC's 70+ years of transformer manufacturing, design and modelling, Dynamic Ratings has successfully developed and implemented an industry leading transformer monitoring, control and communication system known as the DRMCC. The track record is exemplary with more than 1000 units in use throughout the world on both new and old transformers varying in size from 5 MVA to over 500 MVA. The features, benefits and value of the DRMCC are unmatched by any other transformer management system.

Of particular importance is the ability of the Dynamic Ratings development engineering team to tailor functionality of the DRMCC to suit the needs of particular customers and applications.

Dynamic Ratings presently has two office locations: Dynamic Ratings (Pty Ltd) located in Glen Waverley, VIC Australia serving global markets other than the Americas which is serviced by the Dynamic Ratings Inc office in Pewaukee, WI.
